- Provide mortgage information if applicable – Lender, account number, lenders phone number & social security number
- HOA demand(s)—Formal statement of the HOA account (paid in advance)
- Review title report for any unknown liens
- Possible miscellaneous disclosures
- Review the Buyers Request for Repairs—Possible point of negotiation
- Appraisal—Possible point of negotiation
- Contact Utilities —Have them turned off the day after the close of escrow
- Gather Keys, Remotes & Alarm Codes—Place in Ziploc bag in kitchen drawer or give to agent
