· Order Home Inspection—paid prior to inspection
· Receive Sellers Real Property Disclosure Form (SRPD) from the Seller
· Receive Preliminary Title Report Within Ten Days from Escrow
· Purchase Homeowners Insurance and Send Proof of Insurance to your Lender
· Receive Appraisal—may be paid in advance
· Receive HOA CC&Rs of Applicable— Five Day Review
· Possible Miscellaneous Disclosures
· Select a Home Warranty if Applicable
· Contact Utility Companies, Begin Service on Date of Closing
· Sign Lenders Closing Disclosure (CD)
· Final walkthrough— Up to Three Days Prior to Closing
